If you are a Christian, you go to Galatians 3:27. Since you were already baptized you should have already been clothed in Christ. However, we all know how it gets. You might have taken Christ off prior to or during 2007. Today is your opportunity to re-clothe yourself in Christ once more.
In a society where so much emphasis is placed on style and brand name clothes it is no wonder that the Gospel has been commercialized to wade into the fray. The manufacturers of Christian clothing recognize the link between what you wear and the message you transmit. The market is flooded with [tag-tec]Christian gear[/tag-tec] bearing Bible passages, buzz words like ‘lost and found’, ‘filled’ ‘Jesus ninjas’ and even ‘Jesus ninjettes’. How cool can you get wearing ‘jc the mc’? Well ok then!
I don’t know about you. I am not keen on the way we take the word ‘Christian’, turn it into an adjective and slap it onto just about anything. What is Christian clothing anyway? Clothes that follow Christ? Clothes made by Christians? Anything that a Christian wears (we baptize it and call it Christian)? Christ is the last suit of Christian clothing you’ll ever need. Plus, you get to wear him everyday and confidently step out each day singing, Let the beauty of Jesus be seen in me.
Go back to the passages now and grab your suit and start wearing Christ right now. And remember, no matter what comes your way for 2008 – Keep Christ On.

I agree that the T-Shirts do grab attention. I suppose that is why they are popular with youth as a means of ‘witnessing’.
Wouldn’t it be great if the lifestyle of most Christians was equally arresting in a positive way. Imagine that!
