Today, I seek fresh inspiration.
This is one way to feed my entire being. What I feed my mind on affects my choices and actions. I must nourish my being with good healthy stuff. At the end of these 40 Steps, I will look better and I will do better.
I will begin by reading an inspirational book. A favourite of mine, On Religion by John D Caputo immediately comes to mind. I’m already smiling in anticipation because I know I am going to enjoy it all over again. I could have chosen to read the Bible instead. Since I’m already doing that, choosing a book adds another dimension.
Reading is not the only way to gain inspiration. However I give it prominence as a step by itself. It is personal encouragement not to lose the discipline of reading.
I will also read more uplifting material online, and promise to only forward positive inspirational emails to my friends. No forwarding hoaxes, and sensational nonsense that they forget right after the next click.
As I am inspired, so will I seek to be an inspiration to others.
What can you do to cultivate a more inspired life? Join me in reading a book. Any book of your choice. You may even want to read a book of the Bible, or start the entire Bible.
Share what you are reading with us.

With more and more time being spent on the net, some great words to live by.
Thanks Jollyjo,
There is so much negativity around that we allow to de-motivate us. We need to take the time to inspire and refresh ourselves.
