Get An Exclusive Spock Invitation
I have been Spock-ed
They found me! I do not know yet if it’s a good thing or not since I do not know ‘how’ I got found in the first place. Who or what is Spock? No, not the pointy ears man in Star Trek. However, I can give you an invitation so you can check it out yourself.
People Find Search Engine
Spock is a new people search engine that hopes to become the authority on finding people(duh!). You want to find someone who should be ‘findable’ - well this would be the place to go. Right now the system is in beta testing stage and the only way you can get yourself listed is by invitation either from Spock or a friend.
Persons are listed and tags plus other information added to their profile. Once you get on Spock you are able to claim your profile and make changes to the information that is listed there. Other people will be able to vote on the information you provided to say whether or not they agree that you are as great as you say you are.

Spock is Looking For People
I love how Profy puts it - Spock is Searching for Intelligent Life . And they found me. Whoooppeee. If you utter one word, I promise I will not speak to you again!
So what’s your ‘findability’ rating these days? My what? Ok..can someone find you if they searched for you on the internet? Well some of us would rather not be found, right? With all the current talks on threats to and breaches of online privacy and offline security - it’s sometimes scary how easily one can be found.
Spock Invitations Available
So I got this direct invitation from Spock, which probably means one of two things. Either I’m in the address book of someone important or maybe Spock just found me by my internet footprints. The footprints they found are somehow connected to this blog because this is the email address they used to contact me.
Tis a mystery how I was found. Fact remains, I have been Spock-ed on the net!
So I got 3 complimentary invitations to give away. One is already gone.
Who next wants to be Spock-ed? I’m thinking I should try that neat trick of Michael Garrett on the Detangled Blog. He invited persons who desire an invitation to trade something with him. Neat.
